Workshops are a sort of extended seminar.  In workshops we intend to provide you with more time to work with the knowledge that is being presented to you.  In many cases, this will involve lab or practice time, during which the instructor will be available to answer your questions, and help you work through specific areas of particular interest to you.  Workshops will often include critique and review periods to ensure that you have understood the material presented. 

In many cases workshops will be a combination of several seminar topics which are tied together by a common theme or application.  Because of the amount of teaching involved, most workshops will extend over two or more days.  Many workshops will include location work, where you will practice the techniques you've learned in an interesting and exciting environment.

Although I have Workshops on the schedule for 2007 already, my registration system is not completely up to the job yet.  Presently I've got programmers working on this feature for me.  Once they're are done with their task I will publish the schedule here.  There will be plenty of time to plan and register once they are posted.
